ICHCAP as a permanent Secretariat for the Silk Roads Living Heritage Network carries out the substantive and administrative work of the Network and supports the Chair in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Coordinating Bureau Meetings. In particular, it connects members, partners, and other stakeholders to work together on common goals. ICHCAP as a Secretariat prepares the meeting agendas, reports, and project plans after obtaining prior proposals and consensus from all coordinating bureau members.
