NCCA Holds 2018 Competitive Grants Program

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) holds a competitive grants program to continue fulfilling its mandate of preserving, developing and promoting of Philippine arts and culture by giving grants to arts and cultural projects.
Encouraging artistic creation and empowering the artists and cultural workers, the national agency for arts and culture is now accepting proposals for projects to be implemented in 2018. It is also looking for implementing partners of projects which have been conceptualized by the agency.
Projects are categorized into Arts; Heritage; Cultural Dissemination; and Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts. Project briefs as well as guidelines and requirements can be viewed and downloaded at the NCCA Web site.
Filipino individuals as well as civil society organizations, indigenous peoples’ organizations/groups, local government units, government agencies, state universities/colleges and public schools are all encouraged to apply.
Deadline of submissions of letters of intent and proposals is August 31, 2017. It must be submitted to the Planning, Policy Formulation and Programming Division (PPFPD) at Room 5-B, fifth floor, NCCA Building, 633 General Luna Street, Intramuros, Manila.
