Through the memorandum, the two institutions have agreed to collaborate on the following initiatives: strengthening joint research and academic cooperation on intangible cultural heritage in the Eurasian region, organizing international conferences related to the intangible cultural heritage of the Silk Road, expanding information sharing, and building a network among UNESCO Category 2 centers. Both organizations will regularly discuss and review the progress of their joint projects and plans.
This agreement is expected to strengthen the foundation for collaboration on the protection and promotion of intangible cultural heritage in the Eurasian region. Additionally, it will activate the network of UNESCO Category 2 centers, contributing to the sustainable safeguarding and development of intangible cultural heritage at the international level.
